I think so.
We need our own damn team too. The Pelicans have to share the Energy with four other NBA teams! How can we possibly teach a system with four other teams.

The current set up of the DLeague gives you no rights to players you develop unless they're already on your roster and you send them down. It's currently better for developing Front Office talent than On Court talent.
