The traditional stuffing for our celery is cream cheese mixed with chopped black olives. We only do this at Thanksgiving. My father from Chicago, rest his soul, loved this.

My god, I thought our family was the only one in the world to do this (we use green olives with cream cheese). If you want to kick it up a little, pick up a bag of the mini bell peppers, cut them in halves or quarters and stuff those. It's delicious. I've also picked up a jar of olive mix and used that and it worked well, too.

It's not a holiday in our house without stuffed celery.
