What a line-up 
I was about to ask how much help you get making all that. Sounds like a weeks worth'a cooking. I need to figure out what I will be making. Probably the main dish and a few sides - nothing extreme.

2 weeks prep is already planned. I am making the gumbo and baking the turkey plus some of the other sides (corn bread dressing and sweet potato casserole.
I'll will make the cakes and pie too.
Also, would like to lighten up on with the vegetables so may create a lighter salad with a good mix of veggies
