Legend of Legaia is easy to get on eBay. Its still fairly cheap
But used! I've never managed to get a decent used PS1 game. They always work for about 2 hours, then you hit a spot that's destroyed.

Truth, people don't take care of their games
I also checked, couldn't find Legend of Legaia or Breath of Fire 3, I do still have Lunar: Silver Star Story and Alundra (a Zeldaesque PS1 game, that I'll put up there as being one of the hardest games ever, I'm talking Dark Souls hard)

Dang man, that's unfortunate. I have a ton of games I bought from eBay that are in great condition. If they have some bad scratches, I just take them to my local Play-N-Trade to get them repaired.
I've gotten lucky with people posting items and not knowing what they have.
