Sorry, my best chix thighs recipe is Asian: vietnamese ga nuong (grilled chicken)
2 T lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 T Vietnamese fish sauce
Mix all together, pour over thighs. Marinate no more than 30 minutes (even 5 minutes is sufficient). Grill and devour. There is something magic about the fresh lime plus the fish sauce and black pepper.
