Yeah, I doubt any college team has an audible for taking a delay of game penalty.

You signal for the whole team to come to the sidelines. You should have the ability to have them not snap the ball on any fake play. Its these details that drive people crazy. We rarely ever have timeouts at the end of the half or game left.
