Hopefully Landry's ankle heals up, I think that had something do with him not being as open as usual.

I completely agree. Landry missing two or three days of practiced showed up in the game. He had a few drops that he normally wouldn't have. I thought it was impressive when Vern said that Landry took his girlfriend on dates at the football facility to work on the jugs machine. That's the type of dedication both Jerry Rice and Walter Peyton displayed.

I also agree that Mett just had a bad day at the office. Many people gripped about the lack of passing attempts but the passing game was on and the running game was off. Last year, if we could run it, we were in trouble. Now we have both.

I would sit him this week and get 3rd and 4th WR's some catches. It will benefit us two fold in the end but Les doesn't think that way
