Their frozen Indian dishes are decent for a quick meal during the week. Kale/spinach dip is good as is the caramelized onion dip. Cheddar horseradish chips.

You won't regret it!

And they also have a basmati rice blend with dried vegetables and spices, pretty delicious. Avoid the reduced sugar strawberry jam. Absolutely awful.

Here are a few of my favorites from there. The prices (from memory)
Almond Meal - $3.99/lb
B Grade Maple Syrup - $13.99
Sea Salt Butterscotch Caramels - $3.50

There are a lot of great values in there. You'll have to dodge the hippies and hipsters, but even the staple type products (broths, canned tomato products..etc) are high quality for a good price.

Oh, another few things that were really good.

$2.29/ ll oz jar. It's very figgy. Their little writeup says federal law to even be called fruit butter is 5 parts fruit to 2 parts sweetener. That's a lot of figs for the price

We also had a jar of this stuff
Same ballpark. Very rich fruit flavor with little added sugar.
