I don't watch the show regularly, but watched tonight after X Factor. I probably didn't get some of the tributes, but it was an okay tribute. I think it's strange that the show didn't write in how Finn died.

People with addictions are not the scum of the earth automatically. Addiction is a disease. A mean disease. Hard to understand because folks think people can just stop whatever it is they're hooked to. Not that simple in any case and impossible in some cases. Lost someone very dear to me due to addiction about a year ago. In and out of so many rehabs that I lost count. Kept trying to no avail. He was a good person with a good heart who would give the shirt off his back even if it was the only he owned. He was a good father in spite of it all. Hit what a normal person would think was rock bottom over and over again. Bounced back and then fell again. Sad. Sad. Sad for his kids and family. No more demons now, though.
