I don't cook from recipes

you need small bell peppers or hungarian wax and jalapenos.. I use all of them
ground chuck,chopped onion, celery,fresh parsley, garlic powder, about 1/4c. raw rice to 1 lb. of chuck, S&P and 1 egg to bind
Make golden roux, thrown in onion and celery, saute........add 1 can tomato sauce, lay peppers in gravy and add water to cover peppers. Cook on low til meat is done and rice inside pepper is cooked about 1 hour
