I have to get another registration card. The ink ran off mine from being washed and sitting in my wallet.

That blows. You should write a strongly worded email to Amazon.
ETA: Apparently, I placed my order on the 13th, and then got an email in July that I got upgraded to launch edition. Your problem may be a shipping thing. Do you have Prime? I don't know if that would make a difference.
