that's a good idea.

I don't have any misconceptions that it would be a true jambalaya. It will be a different dish. I'm just feeling the challenge.

I may get some fish to start the process. It will flake away to nothing but could create a nice flavorful gratin.

I love saying gratin, now that I know what it is.

I encourage you to try to find a way around this. He will definitely appreciate the effort you put in, trust me!
