Louisville line up to 19. I'm really hoping it somehow gets to 21.
Rutgers has a pretty good offense. Louisville will score, though.

I've had a good bit of success with teasers, but I apologize to those of you who are annoyed by them...
Anyway, Which is the better bet in your opinion, to tease Rutgers up to +28ish or tease Louisville down to -8 or 9ish?
IMO I'm more comfortable with Rutgers keeping it close than I am expecting Louisville to cover against a respectable conference opponent.
