HB 2/5 is 10% chance of 1.5sec stun, so your Succubus is stunning for, on average, 1.5 seconds out of every 10 seconds. An Exec with 4/9 will stun for 2 seconds out of every 7 seconds. That's 28% stun coverage vs. 15% coverage for Succubus, plus the Exec stun is consistent while Succubus' HB stun is random and erratic.

Succubus does have debuff working for her, though, so she might be the difference between Druid being able to heal faster than the boss deals damage or not. Really hard to say, but I still think you have a better chance with Exec in there.
