Yes.

I don't use a line cleaning kit on my kegerator. After a keg blows I run hot water through the lines and then some star san. If the lines are super nasty I replace them.

The lines are clean but haven't had anything flow through them for a few months. Thought about replacing them but figured I'd need to sanitize regardless. This will be my first time to use it as I bought this off of a friend.

Ditto.

Clarifying that I run a water-Starsan solution through the lines. Figured that's obvious, but you never know who might try to run straight Starsan through the lines.
