Based on my experience nothing in that review is out of line, but I would say this sounds like it could be a professional author with a part time gig posting to social media.
If the OP is not a paid plant then she should take the accusation as a compliment but dumb it down next time

There are lots of folks on this board who eat out often, read reviews and articles on food and restaurants and who are also literate and write very well. The Stab's review is not out of the ordinary here.
