He needs to average around 150 yards for the rest of the regular season to stand a chance IMO.

Wass in local paper this week. Don't remember exact, but like 260 to break state record and 750 to break Doral green beckhams for yardage. Broke record for receptions last week. As far as Sam goes, it's easy to play corner when you know there's always going to be someone over the top protecting him running by you. Yes he was good, but pp7 he wasn't. The scheme made him look better than he was.

Lost radio reception in the third quarter and did not hear final stats. Best estimate is 8 receptions for 120 yards.

Trey Quinn National Record watch! (Posted on 9/27/13 at 11:49 pm)80
Figured I'd make a stat tracker since he's now 1 game away from getting the state record. Through 8 games Treys current stats are...

1134 yds and 13 tds- needs 133 to break Bootys record

Needs 622 yds to break national record by Dorial Green-Beckham

He's got a minimum of 3 games an maximum of 7 games left

Booty's record is pretty much done. DGB's record is very breakable depending on how Quinn's team performs.

Well if they are playing competent competition in the playoffs, he should break the national record in 4 games. His numbers have dipped because they go up by so much and just coast.

Clean article on him from a year ago.

Holy cow! Take away the hair and one shade of dark and that guy looks just like Eric Reid. Definitely a look-a-like candidate.

He is not on pace to get the national record, and I do not see that changing much, as the teams Barbe plays pretty much dares you to beat them with somebody else, as Trey draws their best corner and safety to his side, plus many cheat their LB on that side to him, as well as the other safety. They usually play their safeties deep, which helps Barbe's running game. It is hard not to pass up the very favorable matchups that the other Barbe receivers have. Barbe is two plays away from being undefeated right now using that approach, so I do not see them making an extra effort to get him the ball as long as they are winning.
