Trey is a man amongst boys for the most part out there. I went last night with some friends that live in Moss Bluff. He makes it look effortless. He will be great as a tiger.

The 5 stars are not based on what kind of football player you are, but your proverbial "ceiling". Not what you are, but what you might could be. I think he enjoys playing with the chip on his shoulder and something to prove every time he steps on the field, so maybe the recruiting analysts are doing us a big favor?

In every Barbe game I've watched in the last few years, at least once I stand up with jaw dropped, hands out, thinking how in the hell did he catch that...last night, it happened twice!
What's even more impressive than his athletic ability is how humble, respectful and polite he is. Most kids his age would find it difficult to stay grounded in his situation. His parents have done a great job of raising a fine young man with high character.
My hope is that his and Desean's work ethic and modesty will permeate the P&G locker room.

Consider the national record broken. Trey will do it.

Where does he stand vs. The record?

He needs 177 to break the record

Before last night treys stats were 78-1,284 with 14 TDs.
So add to that 10-299 and 4 TDs....
He's got 88-1,583 and 18TDs on the season.
Freshman/65-1,288
Sophomore/67-1,220 12 TDs
Junior/115-2,141 26 TDs
He's got 6,232 on his career. DGB record is 6,356.
He is 125 away from breaking it.
These stats are coming from max preps on the past seasons, advocate on stats up to week 9 and american press on last nights game.
Just a quick little extra stat he is averaging 18.6 yds a catch over his career.

Thanks for the work you put into your post. Trey is a super star! That is the only star that matters. I can't wait to see him in the purple and gold!

Well if Barbe gets Woodlawn of baton rouge in the 1st round he'll break it in 1 game. Our defense is frickin hot garbage!!

Damn. I've never heard so many different numbers in my life. Everyone has a different number everyday of his receptions yards.
