..in preparation of a 9 game SEC schedule where they are handed games SECE games vs Kentucky and Vanderbilt to go along with Tennessee.
Gotta pave the way for an unprecedented run towards 7 straight BCS titles.

We can't let a little thing like an extremely difficult schedule stand in the way of history. Besides, the SEC office set us up with an SECE gauntlet of Kentucky, Vanderbilt and Tennessee in 2016 and 2017. You can't expect us to play that brutal stretch AND have to face Michigan State. It would be the toughest schedule in the history of College Football.

And we're considered the softies when it comes to scheduling.

The hairs on the back of my neck stood up...I really hope LSU never has to face a daunting schedule like that. Ever!

Did this thread start on the Tiger Rant?

I would be scared of the mighty Big Ten too if I were them.

lol you see the idiot posts defending OSU by saying they play Buffalo? Lol. Really? I ain't going to look up the schedules but I assume they are talking about Ohio State. Haven't the buckeyes for years and years filled their schedule with in state cup cakes? Hasnt their schedule looked a little like this: Youngstown, Akron, Miami of Ohio, and Cincinnati? I'm sure I'm missing some other "Div. I" schools in there.

They're probably replacing ?the game with Michigan community college

What a joke.

Selection committee would look more favorable on a home and home where Bama goes out of their comfort zone (East Lansing) if it comes down to 1 or 3 loss teams in that top four. If you don't win the SEC that could come back to bite them. After LSU agreed to travel to Lambeau for a game I read several articles praising LSU for traveling up to Big 10 territory.
Playing neutral site games without leaving the southeast (Dallas or Atlanta) will only go so far in eyes of committee.

Actually surprised they cancelled this game considering as how they handed Michigan their arse last year this game would be just another rent a win as well.

Someone didn't like my adlib of Alabama's response to the weakening of their schedule and RA'd to have it removed?
