I'm just starting out, but when I got to the black guys(that's racist)house, it talked about feeding him and shite. Do I have to do that? In San Andreas you had to or he'd get tired and if you over fed him he'd fat and shite

no you don't have to do any of that shite
if your health is low you can eat/drink to restore it
