I went with the drilling option and failed the mission stealing the drill more times than any other mission in the game. I don't know why I couldn't handle that. 
Picked the best crew and got 26 for each character. Went option C and liked tying up the loose ends that way.

Not even kidding about failing the drill steal mission! I went on the roof of the huge warehouse and sniped the workers with a sniper with silencer. Then I sniped the back guard, and luckily a random police chase caused a crash and shoot out that took out the front guard. I got in te truck and drove away no problems
