It's on the way back to the bench after EVERY frick up on an option route.
With Freeman's low IQ, you know it's not always the receivers' faults.

Freeman needed to be benched and Glennon could easily suck more. But Tampa is in a lost season and letting Glennon (barring inj) play out the season gives the Bucs a chance to see if he 1) is capable 2) can grow/learn.
Glennon was terrible in the preseason, but Freeman is terrible in the regular season and a lame duck.
If by seasons end Glennon is terrible, the Bucs know they need a QB in the draft. Freeman is gone pecan anyway and Glennon can be the backup. If Glennon shows promise, the Bucs can then have options for the draft.
