No, but you should launch out of LaFrance's and just fish LA. Bayou Caddy's not a bad run, but it's tough to pass up all of the spots on the way back.
I'd get a MS license and fish most of that in front of LaFrance's. From there out to Redfish Bayou is good stuff. That's the line though, as long as you don't stop on the way back you are fine.
