but in all reality it washes out at the end of the year, if you get too big of a refund or owe too much, make changes in with holdings to account for the spikes in pay (and with holdings) with OT


In other words, don't look at the "take home pay" each period to make your decision of it being worth while

I said f$%k it and started taking a day off a week. I was feeling stressed busting arse 5 days a week plus call nights and weekends. Then to see the government take 40%, I said f$%k it and work to what I feel is a comfortable level and that's it. They have killed my incentive to grow my business and my income. Law of diminishing returns.
