Absolutely. Conley is an old school PG, he's not putting up absurd numbers offensively, but he makes the team run and boasts a pretty substantial PER.
1st Team All-Defense too.

His advanced stats took a pretty big jump last year. He had an 18.3 PER and he was ranked 29th in the entire league for Win Share per 48 minutes. I'm not sure where exactly I'd rank Conley amongst PGs, but people went from wondering why Memphis gave him so much money to thinking he's on a halfway decent deal.
