Some of these rankings are head scratchers. Conley is top 40 as well.

he's very good but i don't know that he gets too much better than he already is. a few years of experience will help him learn the game better and manage within games better, but his skill is probably going to peak and plateau pretty soon. just my take on it. but he did have a very, very good rookie year. and i would expect him to be a top 10 PG pretty soon for years to come.
