Many on this board don't believe it but Miles is a big name coach with a great résumé.

Those same posters probably believed the Miles to Michigan report also. I think Miles has made it very clear that he intends to stay at LSU. He's got one of the best jobs in college football and i think Texas is probably well aware that he isn't going anywhere.

If his Alma Mater can't lure him from LSU, I doubt UT can.

Not saying LSU is equal to UT when assessing the top head coach positions around the country, but I just don't see UT being more attractive for Miles if Michigan wasn't.

I don' think Chavis would move again, and miles without Chavis is less attractive a prospect.

If they do there is something more for him to consider than his alma mater in play. I think his daughter is or will attend UT Austin on a swimming scholly. Maybe someone can correct me on that. He would have momma and daughter to deal with. Think he stays but they have the money and incentive in their favor if they really want him.

"Believe it or not" Miles may be a good coach, but he has not been a sexy name with anyone's search committee. Let us be thankful for that.

They are not interested in Miles and he wouldn't leave.

Saban to Texas
Miles to USC
Kiffen to LSU
Orgeron to Bama

It's an anti-SEC conspiracy. I found out about it when I found a beta-test iphone in a bar. It had belonged to Phil Knight and had his email on it. The above list came from an email from Boone Pickens.

No.

LSU has already cleverly planted the OSU story to create enough negatives to keep them away.

No. Despite his record speaking for itself, Miles has a reputation as a bit of a dumbass. Even though he's never said on national TV that football is played on a triangle like Saban did.
