Turn all the exhaust fans in the house on high, wear rubber gloves and a gas mask. It's on the same level as a full blown meth lab.
Do all of that after you have sent the ol' lady and the kids to grandma's for the weekend.

I make some last summer. Gave most of it away as Christmas gifts. Also made some cayenne dust by taking the dried peppers into a food processor then smoking that, then into a coffee grinder. Good stuff
