Poche's in Breaux Bridge... A good spicy link that is more meat than rice. Still my favorite...

While you are in BB you can hit Babineaux's Slaugher House and get some boudin rouge if you are so inclined.

also ask him for some samples of his chilled cracklins... nice change of pace from the traditional.
