Nothing wrong with that.

Decided to try to somewhat clone a dish we had at the new Old Rail brewery last month to go with the ribs. It was some sort of Mac and cheese. The beer clouds my memory

Started with a base of hot wing sauce in the bottom of two serving dishes. The bowl has butter and goat cheese (plain).

Added the pasta, wheat elbow. What I had around the house. Kind of threw this all together.

Butter and goat cheese melted, added crumbled feta and some white pepper. Put in dish on top of hot wing sauce.

Topped all of that with panko bread crumbs that were moistened with some olive oil. On top of that is a shredded hard white cheese. Think it is Romano, wasn't labeled in the fridge.

Plan on popping them in the oven to crisp up the top before serving.
