LSU, Bama, Georgia, Florida??
I have the first three for sure! But, the 4th team would either be South Carolina or Florida. My confidence in their offenses are not very high though....

Okay, I have it figured out regardiing Cal. Here's their schedule:
SCHEDULE
Aug. 31 Northwestern 7:30 p.m.
Sept. 7 Portland State 2 p.m.
Sept. 14 Ohio State 4 p.m.
Sept. 28 at Oregon TBA
Oct. 5 Washington St. TBA
Oct. 12 at UCLA TBA
Oct. 19 Oregon State TBA
Oct. 26 at Washington TBA
Nov. 2 Arizona TBA
Nov. 9 USC TBA
Nov. 16 at Colorado TBA
Nov. 23 at Stanford TBA
If you'll take the time to notice, out of the twelve games on their schedule, there are nine games in which they have absolutely no freakin' idea when they're supposed to kick off! How the hell can you expect to even be competitive if you don't even know when the hell to show up for the game???
I believe it is this factor that gives them the hardest schedule in college football this year.

Don't be ridiculous homers. LSU's schedule is really difficult this year but it's ok for other teams to have hard schedules too. Cal's is tough. @ Oregon, @ Stanford and playing Northwestern (who will contend for the big 10 championship) and Ohio State as out of conference games. That sounds like LSU in 2011 playing the Pac 12 and Big East champs in the same year as a beast of an SEC schedule.
You can love LSU and still admit other teams have tough schedules.

Maybe it's just me but I don't understand. How can Florida possibly have a harder schedule than LSU? Am I reading the list wrong? Florida plays 3 preseason ranked teams while LSU plays 5
i think you are misunderstanding the list. you obviously think the toughest schedule means playing the toughest opponents. that was only one factor in compiling this list. the other factors, while being subjective in nature, are a secret to us all.

Ole Miss definitely has the toughest 5 game stretch of anyone in the country.

They have four difficult games - Ohio St., at Oregon, USC and at Stanford. UCLA can be dangerous although I don't know what they have this year. I don't think most SEC teams would run the table with that. Anyone other than Bama (and maybe us if things work out) would drop at least one. Still, I'd trade that for our at Georgia, at Alabama, Florida, and Texas A&M.

Ole Miss would be comference ch
ampion except sec!

No... Not at all. Auburn has no offense or defense so they wouldn't stand a chance. MSU would never stop those top teams and would struggle to score on them. Ole miss, the most likely, gave up 70+ to Texas last year who also plays a spread offense like those teams.
This your prob right and I went too far.... But MS St has had a much better D in the last 5 years, I think some of the west coast teams might have difficulty scoring on them.
Ole Miss is getting better but a lot of questions...
Auburn ?'s as well but I think they will have a much improved year...
I'd trade LSU's sched right now for Cal's.... Forget preseason polls they don't mean squat!!!

joking right?
A down Texas is their Marquee non conf game, their East opponents are two of the three weakest, and they get LSU at home.

Saw this on a site. Agree or disagree and not sure if this was posted yet. 10 Missouri 09 Stanford 08 LSU 07 Oklahoma 06 Purdue 05 Florida 04 Kentucky 03 Arkansas 02 Tennessee 01 Cal
I have looked at every schedule and I can deal with this list. Purdue? ok.

Hard to say, but curious that Gumps and TAMU not on the list...hmmm

I'd give Tennessee both. In six weeks they play at Oregon, at Florida, at Alabama, South Carolina, and Georgia in some order with South Alabama mixed in. That's brutal.

More beer please,
Here you go...
LSU, BAMA, TA&M, UT is sufficient in comparison to other schedules in the top 10 on that "list". First game of the year is a SEC opponent away...
Do you want simulations/models run? You haven't made an argument I agree with... Quit being a turd.
It's pretty apparent that's a tough stretch that happens to make up half the season.

Fail.
Look at all SEC schedules and tell me when everyone is playing past week 3 (with the exception of Thurs or Fri night games). I'll hang up and listen.

I hope this is sarcasm. Oregon and Ohio state OOC plus PAC 12. Get real.

yes, there's is pretty darn rough. Top 10 difficult for sure IMHO

They have one tough stretch, just like every over team. With cross division opponents Mizzou and Vandy. UT is completely overrated.
There are easily 10 more difficult schedules than that
