What in general is the Rant expecting from the changes with Cam? the same conservative offense that has actually served us well the last decade, or is everyone really expecting them to take the field Saturday and perform like a different team than we previously knew?

Honestly, I'm expecting the same. maybe just SLIGHTLY more pass heavy. What I am really hoping to see is just the removal of the predictability.

Les Miles is still the head coach. We'll always be conservative.

I want it balanced and fairly unpredictable. Explosive is fine, as long as we can turn it on and off. I want to be able to control the game at the end of halves, and power running is essential to that.

To quote Freddie Mercury, "I want it all."

it is unlikely that we abandon our strengths (OL and RB) and run a full spread offense. so those looking for 600 yds of offense are going to be disappointed. the purpose of the game is to win, not impress young video playing fans. i do expect a better passing game; hopefully good enough to prevent defenses from cheating to stop the run. i also expect more passes to the TE's and RB's which we actually did indeed witness toward the end of last year.

I would like to score points offensively. I don't care how.

I still expect about a 80/20 run heavy offense. However, with Cam on board as OC I do believe our Pass offense will be way more effecient.

By far the biggest difference you will see is him getting the ball to tailbacks and fullbacks in the passing game.

Cam has never been one to throw it all of the yard. One of the reasons the teams he's been associated with have been so successful is that his offenses very rarely turn over the football.

Gunna run no huddle till we have the game in hand and pound the ball in the second half! Hopefully we all get to see more of the phenomenon known as the forward pass!

Nothing too different in terms of run vs pass. I think it's doing the little things better that will be evident on the field, in the stats and most importantly, in the Win column. I expect to see better efficiency from the QB, more complimentary pass route combinations, increased 3rd down conversions and better redzone TD%. Combined with our D, we should be a better all around team. Hopefully we're mentally tough to keep our composure in some tight games.

a conservative offense with the capacity to explode off routine plays.

heck, last year Jeremy Hill exploded a few times. Blue is also capable of that.

this year we'll had some big play potential In the passing game.

PLUS we should be a threat to score on special teams.
