I think she still loves Walt. and possibly understands. All in all Walt has never abused her or actually been unfaithful to betray their love. I believe he still loves her.
When hank was talking to her in the cafe, when he mentioned abuse and threats etc, her facial expressions were like.."well, Walt never did those things to me"

let's not forget that she's laundering the money and is culpable herself. she already "broke bad"
