The money it's self is untraceable, makes it look like Hank used drug money.
Or let Walt borrow the money, as an alibi. Etc..Walt, Skylar and Saul could come up with something.

I just don't think there would be enough evidence to find Hank guilty.

It's enough to make Hank worry, now he's not only worried about losing his career..now the fear of they'd Rico his estate and he'd do time.
How come hank obsessed with this case a d never let it go to anyone else? How come it was never solved? It would raise enough questions to make people look at hank. And then his bills paid with an anonymous funding.

He had insurance, but like Marie said the insurance wouldn't pay for everything. If Hank was running a drug empire, he couldn't just suddenly drop $177,000 on medical bills because people would ask where it came from.
Marie knew if anyone ever asked where the money came from, she could say it was Walt's gambling winnings. She thought that was the truth.

Not to mention it was a Walt Whitman book, as Walt had even pointed out to hank as cover for the WW qudstion. And since Gale talked about Walt Whitman in the lab notes book...it was a name that stuck out to hank..it sorta made sense when he saw that book, then saw the handwriting style he had been staring at for weeks.

I think she still loves Walt. and possibly understands. All in all Walt has never abused her or actually been unfaithful to betray their love. I believe he still loves her.
When hank was talking to her in the cafe, when he mentioned abuse and threats etc, her facial expressions were like.."well, Walt never did those things to me"

The inside cover read "to my WW." Gaile had alluded to WW as the cook all along, and referred to him in the same way, along with Walt pointing out the poetry in the notebook was Whitman.
I presume the explanation for Hank needing money for he medical bills doesn't matter, just say it was tied up in the business and removing Fring. It wasn't always an empire. All that matters are the bank records showing he took dirty money, which is what Hank was staring at on his desk.

Jesse is the wild card now. Wondering if he is the one who writes heisenberg on bis wall and burns his house to the point where it. Needs to be gutted.

I think the queen bee catches wind of it and tries to have everyone killed eventually, thats why Walt is on the run. Too much foreshadowing from Mike about how bad she is.
As for Jesse I have no idea, that's what will make these last few episodes great. I'm thinking Walt kills him, but I have no idea how.
