I've always heard nothing but bad things about that place although my sources are somewhat biased. My dad kept the family sailboat there back in the 90's. Pretty sure he and the manager didn't jive too well, and on top of that we had 4 or 5 different outboards stolen right off the boat while it was sitting in the lot there. One time after our outboard went missing, we went down to a pawn shop nearby and low and behold there in the window was our outboard (or at least an identical model) This probably played a big part of what led to his decision to sell that boat, she was a beauty.
