Long story short, the guy that owns the marina we were all at has gone completely, utterly, batshit crazy. As in the real version. Was shocking when confronted with it. Was more than anyone in their right mind could tolerate so we pulled all our sailboats out.

Now we're all in withdrawals. We were always poorboy sailing. We aren't the yacht club type. We hunt and fish and sailing was something we did during the week.

But you can't deal with this kind of insane. It was really stuff that nobody in their right mind would think was even remotely 'normal'. No justification. Just someone losing their mind and cutting their own throat. We feel like we escaped more than got fricked. Big sigh of relief because we tried to let the guy know he was losing his mind but apparently, thats a rocket ship to crazyville.

Anybody on Cross Lake in Shreveport want a sailboat on their dock they could make some mailbox money on with zero problems? We're about to start up a deal where we put a boat on a few lakes and share expenses and do it like a time share thing where we sail each others boats. But Cross Lake is the one we'd love to have one parked on because we all live locally. We'll take you sailing, teach you to sail, get you annihilated and be zero problems for you if you do.

Plus if you get good enough at it, we will give you access to our boats on various other cool lakes within three hours of here. Not a bad way to have a hell of a good time learning to sail.
