So if the offensively player and the defensive player lower their head and shoulder, then the defensively player gets ejected? Got it.

How is this "launching"? I guess if they don't want mathieu to hit him in the head, he would have to "launch" at the runners legs.

In that picture, who is 'targeting' who? Looks like RB is leading with the crown of the helmet knocking TM's aside.

Chief has to tell his D to target the legs or ankles to avoid auto ejection. Obviously, this rule is not good for an aggressive D like the Tigers D.
