Get some heavy fishing line and tie one end to a stick. Toss the stick over the top powerline. Attach the other end of your fishing line to the mojo. Hoist the mojo up to were it hovering over the bottom powerline. Tie off the end with the stick on it and profit. You can also add to your spread by hoisting a few regular dekes up there..
