Either or, doesn't matter.

Fact is,unlike certain other former players that get mentioned on this board daily... Kyle Williams actually deserves every bit of praise he gets... He earned it on and off the field.
Too bad more posters here don't see it that way.
It's embarrassing if you think about it.

What's embarrassing is that you honestly think you are not obsessed with bashing Mathieu, yet you bring him up (doesn't matter if not by name, everyone can plainly see what you're driving at) in a thread about Kyle Williams. Why? Why can't you just say man I love Kyle Williams, class act on and off the field? Wouldn't that be enough for you?

Retorical questions, I know it's not.

Has anybody in this thread not praised him?

Look, the point is Kyle Williams is a proven commodity. You know what you're going to get out of him. He is a damn solid NFL D-lineman. Has been for years now. I think any true Tiger fan knows this. And he goes about his business very quietly in relative obscurity in Buffalo. That doesn't mean people don't appreciate him as a great Tiger.

On the flip side, you have an interesting, compelling story with a guy that plays a higher profile position, has gobs of talent and has gone through hell and back just to get to the NFL (yes I understand it was his own doing). That's why there are more threads. He was electrifying.

Kyle has done things the right way and he has reaped the rewards for it. But if you have a DT and a DB with comparable talent, the DB will make more headlines 99/100 times. Nothing "embarrassing" about it.
