Yeah that's true. I mean as far as my best players in Chelsea blue sitting out. Although my backline still did alright. Whatever, I'm just ready to have everyone back and get on with some semblance of a normal starting squad again.

I think he gets a second pick at the end of the draft since the wording was "moves to the head of the draft if loses a player" but he will still need a 16th player.

That is what I would think.
He gets first rights to the 15th pick, but he has to fill out his second pick with the last pick of the draft. All rosters must be filled before the window opens.

By the way, there are more players that are available to draft than just the new additions to the league database.
For example, WSE made an illegal transaction of a guy earlier this year. He can be drafted now. Your best bet is probably to skim through both the fantasy site and transfermarkt.com for your new player.
I don't feel bad about not saying this earlier because Ozil was the obvious top pick and Willian was a strong second choice.
