I thought South Carolina also had a live game cock that crows whenever they score? I couldnt find any confirmation online.
I am pretty sure North Alabama has a pair of live lions, probably should be number one.

UNA once again boasts the only live Lion mascots in the country living on campus. Leo III and Una, born on November 18, 2002, now reside on the campus in the 12,764-square-foot (1,186 m2) George H. Carroll Lion Habitat.
