CE, went and looked at the schedule, it has two weeks for playoffs. Is that something you can fix or is it going to be top 4 get in?

ETA: And has payouts and what not been determined yet?

here was the playoff option:

quote:

If you want to include/exclude the bowl season, click on the Schedule tab, change the league "stats end" date, and click Save.
Select last Scoring Period in Regular Season:
Click for help
Playoffs will begin in this Scoring Period:
13 (Nov 19/13 - Nov 25/13) and last for 2 periods (rounds).
Playoff matchups entered manually:
Click for help

looks like playoffs can only be 2 periods

I thought it was just a record against everyone. For instance if you lead in scoring, you are 13-0, and if you are last you are 0-13.

CE, so top 4 make playoffs, and a three way payout?

Do what? Tell me this is not our win/loss system.

Pretty sure it is. You are matched up against everyone each week. But hey, you are guaranteed a win each week against jlay.

I kind of like it honestly. Different for sure.

If you are consistent, you should have no reason not to make the playoffs.

In my head I am thinking if I get 9 wins each week, it will be a good week.

I don't know. I mean, how much strategy do you use other than look at your players matchups?

I like it cause I always seem to catch people at their best, now I can play everyone. I never seem to get the easy weeks, someone forgetting to set their lineup, someone with difficult D matchups, etc., so this is good IMO.

Also, how is it any different then your proposal of the top 6 scorers getting W's? Essentially one in the same.

Boom or bust guys vs steady play. I started Glasco Martin against you because I just needed steady production. Turned out I got great production but I was just hoping for 8 points or so.

Never proposed that. I asked it. I hate that scoring system, too.

I could see that I guess.

This was known before/during the draft. As jnugz put it in the draft room, "I like the scoring system cause the cream will always rise."

I am just trying figure out now, with only two playoff weeks, how many teams make the playoffs, which has to be 4 IMO and what the payouts will be?

i said over and over again the schedule was going to be everyone playing each other and best records get in. I apologize if this wasnt made clear, but it was an option on the site and from the feedback i got it sounded like most wanted to go this route.

more importantly
Mike Davis on the bench with 17 pts

Yeah, I think most are in agreement with playing everyone in each week and it was known before/during the draft. I am still curious on the playoffs?

More importantly
Ted Bolser, TE from Indiana, on the bench with 22 points.

Yeah, rough night for you Thomas... Did York get hurt? He had 10 carries in the first half then no more.

Woooo .9!!!

I don't know about York. He started out playing all of the 1st quarter and then he just wasn't in the game.
