I think we also had 20+ teams last year, at least 18.
I am down with 3 teams from each division getting in, the #1 seeds getting a bye maybe.
What about winner gets $180, second gets $60, third gets $40?

not sure how the 2 game matchup will work on this site but there is an option for everyone to play each team every week. this would give it a tdfl scoring feel where top 6 make the playoffs in the end.
