How to get a denied bankruptcy off your credit report?

I promise this isn't for me, but how does one go about this? The person is getting denied for loans etc just because they attempted to file chapter 13, but a judge turned it down due to the creditor filing motions etc. I would think that should mean the chapter 13 should no longer be on their credit report record. Google hasn't really told me much, so what says the MB? Thanks.

I don't know for certain myself. But I do know that if I were in the business of consumer lending I'd damn sure want to know if someone even tried to file, whether it was granted or not.

I want to say the credit reports will show the filing of bankruptcy and the dismissal or discharge. I could be wrong there, but that would only be logical IMO for the reasons foshizzle stated.

Once you file, it's done. Regardless of the disposition, he did file and will forever have to answer YES on any loan app if he ever filed bk.
BK, not to be taken lightly.
