Miles isn't leaving. He has the sweetest job on earth. Win 10/13 games a year with some of the best talent in America and haul in $4.5 million every year. All he really needs to do is recruit well and let his coordinators take over. Its on cruise control !!! He is the luckiest man on earth.

Personally, on paper I think Cam could be a great coach in your scenario.
