Advice to new moderator and those who complain.
1. Don't respond to dumb threads. It cannot be that hard to just let it die. RA and move on. Your responses do nothing but keep it on the first page
2. Learn to teach new posters instead of the berating or rolleyes treatment
3. Curtail the GIF responses.

The problem is alters that specifically create a counts solely to flame. The board is read by recruits. I will offer to help with nothing in return.

At this point all any of us can do is step in and defend our people per se'. I spend more time defending coaches offering kids and the people that are already in the class then discussing stuff that is productive and forward.

I concur on the need, I'd suggest one of the older, non-emotional posters who've been on the site for some time and have golf references in their user names.

I've prayed to baby Jesus countless nights for the recruiting board to have it's own admins. We have 15-20 posters who could make good admins, while we only need a few to actually do it.
The RB is by far the most popular LSU recruiting board on the internet. Yet any person in the world can sign up and say they're an LSU fan just to post bullshite. On top of that everyday some casual fan drops by to spew their stupid opinions that in some cases make no sense, and in other ones they just talk shite without a truly rational reason.
It usually takes at least 30 minutes for a post to get reviewed. By that time the damage is done.
