Updating this thread. Went there this past weekend. Everything at the table was delicious. Boudin spring rolls were money, ponzu sauce was really hot (spice).

Fried Shrimp - 10 of them that were HUGE. Were excellent. Came with green beans.

New York strip with a Cajun rub- cooked in a black iron skillet and served on the skillet. Was really really good. Came with vegetable of the day, green beans.

Smoked prime rib 16oz - others didnt like it as much, but I thought it was great. Perfectly tender and definitely smoked, as you can see their smoker outside the back of the restaurant so at least you know it's a legit try at smoking. I loved it. Came with a potato.

Prices are definitely high. Steaks more expensive than Ruth's by a little. There is a six ounce filet and a nine ounce. Salads are a la carte along with sides (eight dollars each). Our three entrees just happened to have sides as part of the dish without having to order one a la carte.

People from Zachary, Denham, and Central will be the customer base. It's the only restaurant of the type available without driving into Baton Rouge. Place was full, and the upstairs is nice. The outside balcony seating will be great once the weather cools down.
