What don't get is that these guys know they are under a microscope and their are people everywhere ready to snap a photo or take a vid of them slipping even slightly. A fight is nothing as men are built on it, even if it was a swing coming out of left field.
Hell, I was just watching a the New Mexico bowl from last year and two Arizona players were swinging at each other on the sideline. Nothing happened. We're guys, stop being so soft. This is nothing but boys will be boys.

Lot of advocacy in here for a guy who walked from behind somebody and squarely jacked him in the face. That is pretty shitty behavior regardless, but this also came from somebody who was already on probation for getting a 14 year old to give him a BJ in a bathroom.
He's just not a good dude. The rest is just semantics trying to justify his reinstatement because we want LSU to better on the field.
As someone else said, if he didn't play football we would have never heard about it. On the other hand, if he didn't play football most of his advocates wouldn't be so understanding.

For one of the few times in my life I agree with Richard Condon: Hill is a hellava running back but he is a thug. He has proven he puts himself above the team. If he honestly wanted what was best for the team he would never have put himself in a situation where there might be a bar fight, period. And not only did he put himself in that situation, he was the aggressor in a bar fight, as documented in a video.

The guy was being a dick and wouldn't stop trying to fight people, Hill tried to end it. I mean I guess it would have looked better if they would have squared each other up, but either way it's the same charge.
