I checked today and it looked like they still had a good amount of decent tickets left. Does anyone know if they are updating it in real time?

Yep. That's the purpose of the new site. You won't get a call anymore. As seat assignments change, the map updates.

Definitely updating real time...a couple green seats I had my eyes on turned red today.
That said, appears to be a good bit of availability in the SouthEZ and both uppers right now.
