Exactly. What the hell is Mett thinking?

And how many fans last year blamed the receivers, O line, play calling/coaching over Mett. They acted like he could do nothing wrong and everything was everybody else's fault. He deserves equal criticism like everybody else.

People who hyped him up to be the Mettsiah are a huge problem on this board.

I'm just being realistic. He's a solid QB with potential, but I'm not going to act like he's the second coming of Payton Manning.

Seems like a bunch of fans last season were bigger fans of Mett than the team as a whole. That's some fricked up shite as well. Like I said, everybody deserves equal criticism or respect. I don't blame Mett for everything, nor do I blame others.

I want him to do well, but I also know that he doesn't have to be the mettsiah for LSU to win a national championship.

The Argentine blue-billed duck has a corkscrew-shaped penis that is nearly twice the length of its body.

They have been known to gang-rape potential mates

Its just some with nothing better to do in their life than nit pick an LSU guy who is doing things in his young life as a LSU player that the nit pickers couldn't do if their life depended on it.

Maybe Mett could have said it better, but jeez...can we lighten the f@@@ up.

What exactly did Mett say that wasn't accurate?

He might be accurate, but he still needs to shut up. Tebow has "skins on the wall", as Bobby Hebert would say.

Look I'm all for Mett >> Tebow. But how about you shut the frick up and show us on the field that you're better. Sure, Tebow's NFL career hasn't been too hot but he was one of the best players to ever play college football. Every last one of you was a little scared when he came marching into Death Valley with the #1 ranked gators

i would take tebow as qb over mett everyday. mett hasn't shown me crap other then he can't run, has no pocket awareness, appears to have little if any coordination, and couldn't hit a deep route if someone had a gun to his mothers head unless he threw it against a 35 mph gust of wind.

Tim Tebow didn't win a Heisman because he had great passing mechanics. Just saying.

And when it's all said and done he's OUR qb. Family. Support him. Get behind him. I can't even believe I have to say this to another LSU fan.

Mett was asked a question about what Cameron has worked with him on. He answered it by saying it's not like he is tebow and needs major work on his mechanics. Geez you guys are reaching here.

only read that excerpt by snake from him but why even say this? It makes no sense? Everybody already knows this but he does like to joke a lot in his interviews so I guess it was really nothing when you think about it.

This board is so dumb. If Mett would've said, "I'm taller than Drew Brees, so i can see over the line better," idiots here would say, "But SUPER BOWLS, PRO BOWLER, WHOOOO DATTT!!!" All of which has nothing to do with what he said

Tebows mechanic were good enough to accomplish domination of college football while he was there.

Being an athletic monster in an offense over simplified for him made it possible.

the point being? they used Tebow to his full potential, and reaped the rewards, having thought about this comment a little(Mett's,) and without hearing the conversation, it seems as if he's saying he doesn't have any deficiencies to work on, he's good to go, hope that's not the case

All Mett was talking about was his mechanics. Cam is going to help with his understanding of the offense. Tebow is a recent headline about poor throwing mechanics. Mett was just being pop culture relevant.

well then...metts mechanics were perfect last year...no issues right?

because winners always choose someone who has a worse game (in this case mechanics) to judge themselves against.

they never try an emulate the best and be like them...better than somebody else is good enough.

this is the same refrain from the Miles defenders every year, with every blunder, with JJ, etc. It's tired and pathetic.

This isn't a statement about being better you ignorant dolt. It's about mechanics. Tebow didn't win a heisman on mechanics. He won it because of god.

Miles doesn't need anyone to defend him, clown.

His 85-21 record which is the best in the BCS and SEC since 2005 far over shadows any crap retards like you try to drop.

The funny part is I could quote it all myself, I've read it all so many times.

"He was handed the keys to a Cadillac and turned it into a Yugo."

Am I doing it right?
